Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated:

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Gallery Premium. Gallery is operated by Rain Infotech Private Limited ("we", "us" or "our"). It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

In short

  • Gallery is free. The only thing you can pay for is Premium, a digital upgrade bought through Google Play or the App Store. There is nothing physical to ship or return.
  • Cancel anytime. Premium stays on until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
  • Free trial: cancel at least 24 hours before it ends and you pay nothing.
  • Refunds go through the store you paid. On Google Play you can ask yourself within 48 hours, and after that email us within 30 days. On iPhone, Apple decides.
  • Nothing you put in the vault is ever removed when Premium ends.

1. What you can buy

Gallery is free to download and use, with ads. Premium is optional. It removes every ad in the App, lifts the free limit on the private vault, and extends AI search to your whole library and your vault. It comes in three plans:

Prices are the ones the store shows you before you buy, in your currency and including any taxes the store applies. Premium is a digital service that starts on your phone as soon as the store confirms the payment, so there is no delivery and nothing to send back.

2. Free trial

Monthly and Yearly come with a 7-day free trial for people who have not subscribed before: one trial per Google account or Apple ID. The paywall in the App shows whether you can still have it.

3. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time, in the store you subscribed with. In the App, Settings → Premium → Manage subscription takes you there.

When you cancel, Premium stays on until the end of the period you have already paid for, then ends, and you are not charged again. We do not refund the unused part of a period you have already started, unless the law or the store's own policy requires it. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription, and buying Lifetime does not cancel a running subscription: cancel it yourself. Lifetime never renews, so there is nothing to cancel.

4. Refunds on Google Play (Android)

Google Play takes the payment, so every refund is paid back by Google to the payment method you used.

We read every request and can refund through Google Play, for example when:

When we refund a purchase, Premium ends for that purchase. How long the money takes to reach you depends on Google and your payment method.

5. Refunds on the App Store (iPhone)

Apple takes every App Store payment, and only Apple can refund it: we cannot issue App Store refunds and never see your payment details. To ask for one, go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, choose Request a refund and pick the Gallery purchase. Apple explains the steps in its support article.

If Apple turns your request down and you think the problem is in Gallery, email us. We will look into it and help where we can.

6. When Premium ends

Premium ends when a subscription runs out after you cancel, when a trial ends without turning into a subscription, or when a purchase is refunded, cancelled or revoked by the store. The App learns this from the store the next time it checks. Then:

If you subscribe or buy Lifetime again, Premium comes back at once.

7. Premium missing? Restore it

Premium belongs to the Google or Apple account you bought it with, not to the phone. After reinstalling Gallery or moving to a new phone, sign in to the same account and tap Settings → Premium → Restore purchases. A purchase made on Android does not carry over to iPhone, or the other way round, because Gallery has no accounts of its own. If Restore does not bring Premium back, email us before asking for a refund: it is usually quick to sort out.

8. Rewarded ads

On the free plan you can choose to watch an ad to get more room in the private vault. That room is free, has no cash value, and cannot be refunded, exchanged or moved to another phone.

9. Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the consumer protection law of the country you live in, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 in India and the rules for digital content in the European Union and the United Kingdom. Where the law gives you a right to a refund, we honour it through the store you paid.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the App, the stores' rules or the law change. We'll post the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. A change never affects a refund you have already asked for.

11. Contact us
